Why should I sanitize my trash bins?
When will Squeaky Clean clean my bins for the first time?
After your sign up we try our best to get to your house after your next trash day. Unfortunately, we can’t clean completely full bins. but our aim is to clean them in the time between when your bins are emptied and before you would usually put them away that same day.
What if the trash pick-up day is skipped due to a holiday or delay?
We only charge you after the service is complete. We understand that there can be interruptions to your regular trash service. Holidays and other delays will be addressed on a case to case basis with us trying to coordinate a reschedule with you on the following regular trash pickup.
Will I need to be home at the time of service?
No, you do not need to be present at the time of service. We will set up a route on trash day to make sure your bins are cleaned after they are empty. We charge your card on file after each service.
Is my billing info kept private?
Squeaky Clean does not store any card info. We use a third-party private billing company that will keep your card and information completely confidential. More information can be found HERE.
